The Riley School of Integrated Somatic Bodywork
The Riley School of Integrated Somatic Bodywork (RSISB) addresses the body, mind, and spirit of each individual. RSISB acknowledges the incredible ability of each person to release chronic pain by resetting, reprogramming, and relearning on a somatic level. This method has a proven ability to help clients release their deep seated point of holding and assist the body in reorganizing and moving properly. RSISB also teaches the client to use the isolation of specific compensatory movements and activation of the somatic (mind-body) connection to release the tension "held" in the tissues. RSISB was developed out of years of experience as a practitioner and uses the principles of Hanna, Levine, and Hakomi somatic methods and manual therapies such as craniosacral, myofascial release, and Seed Yoga. In addition, Ms. Riley also uses medical intuition and energy work in her approach.
